He is member of Medical Education Unit and has been Resource Faculty for various Basic Courses in Medical Education Technology at SMS Medical College. Pioneering role in starting cochlear implant program in Rajasthan. Done more than 1000 surgeries and has helped more than 10 centers to start cochlear implants across India and abroad. Got more than 90 publications to his name in various journals.

He authored Text book of Radiology of Cochlear Implant by Thieme publication as the Chief Editor. He has also written many chapters on parathyroid diseases and cochlear implants. Has been editorial secretary of Indian Journal of Otolaryngology and reviewer board member of many international journals Areas of interest: pediatric otolaryngology (specially cochlear implant), endoscopic sinus and skull base surgeries, parathyroid surgeries.
